Check out the premiere of Taylor Swift‘s brand-new single “Begin Again“! The track serves as the second official single off her fourth studio album, Red, due for release on October 22. Written and composed by herself, “Begin Again” is a acoustic-driven soft country ballad that sees Taylor taking a much more positive approach than its predecessor “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.” Fans who weren’t into the big pop sound of “WANEGBT” should warm up to “Begin Again”
quick as it easily caters to both country fans and pop fans. It’s
romantic, vivid, mature, and everything you’d come to expect from a Taylor Swift song. As much as I don’t want to like her sometimes, I can’t help but really love everything she’s been pouring out lately.
Check out Ke$ha‘s brand new single, “Die Young”. The 25-year-old singer’s new song comes off of her upcoming album Warrior, which is set to be released on December 4 of this year. Check out the album art in case you missed it. “Die Young”, which was produced by Dr. Luke, Circuit, and Benny Blanco, has a folky/alternative melody but still knocks hard.
As you are probably aware, on Thursday (September 20), One Direction
unveiled their brand-new video for "Live While We're Young," a
rollicking three-minute romp through all your summer camp memories that
also carves out ample time for the guys to appear shirtless.
See, the history of boy bands is filled with clips like this, where we
find the handsome guys messing around to maximum effect. The Beatles and
the Monkees made videos like this (back then, said hijinks were usually
played at twice the normal speed, for hilarity's sake), and so did the
New Kids on the Block, 'NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys. It is practically
a time-honored tradition, in a genre where time is almost certainly the
enemy. And I'd like to think that the guys in One Direction are smart
enough to realize this, which is why they seem to be playing up the
sheer ridiculousness of the concept. When they are singing into giant
inflatable microphones or splashing around in a pond, they're doing it knowingly, and it's all they can do to hide the wry smiles from their perfectly boned faces. You've got to admire them for that.
Christina Aguilera‘s new smash “Your Body” is already burning up the charts (Top 10 on iTunes, Xtina naysayers!), and — perhaps as a reward for their good behavior — the “Woohoo”
chanteuse is giving fans what they’ve been clamoring for with a taste
of the fiery new video for “Your Body.” The teaser premiered during last night’s (September 17) episode of The Voice,
and includes footage of Aguilera tapping into her inner bad girl with
all types of foolery, listed here in ascending order of moral turpitude:
1) Hitching a ride from a swarthy dreamboat, 2) Winking seductively at
the camera, 3) Flipping her hair, 4) Drinking a Slurpee, 5) Blowing up a
car and 6) Generally wanting to do nothing but love your body. Not that
we blame her. Watch the steamy clip above.
Kiss is the second studio album by Canadian recording artist Carly Rae Jepsen. It was released on September 14, 2012.. Its release will "give fans just enough time to absorb the new songs" before Jepsen starts her tour in Arizona on September 29.
When discussing the album, Jepsen revealed, "These are lyric and song
ideas that I have been collecting over the years [...] The record is
pop. It's inspired by Robyn, The Cars, Madonna, and believe it or not, James Taylor. I can't wait to share it with everyone!"
Jepsen worked with producers such as Max Martin, Dallas Austin, LMFAO's Redfoo, Toby Gad, Josh Abraham, Marianas Trench singer Josh Ramsay, Kevin James Maher, Oliver Goldstein, Cory Enemy, Mighty Mike, and Matthew Koma. She also collaborated with American electronica music project Adam Young of Owl City on "Good Time", which has so far peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100.
On the success she revealed, "I can't tell you how lucky I feel to be
able to collaborate with some of my dream producers. It has been the
most fulfilling experience."
“Feel Again” is a song by American rock band OneRepublic.
The track was confirmed as the first single from their
highly-anticipated third album through the band’s official Twitter on
July 6, 2012. The song was released on iTunes on August 28. The song was
premiered on German radio on July 28. The official music video directed
by Tim Nackashi was released on YouTube on August 28. In the video, the band performs with a colorful light show in the woods as they belt their catchy jam!
Taylor Swift pulls a Beyoncé in her new music video for "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together"
having filmed it with only one camera and in one continous take! Be
ready to watch Tay-Tay looking cuter than ever, a lot of boy bashing,
five costume changes, and woodland creatures. The Max Martin-produced
pop-girl-anthem serves as the first single from Swift's fourth studio
album "Red" (October 22nd).
Directed by Declan Whitebloom,
the mastermind behind the flawless visuals of "Mean", or "Ours", it
seems he wanted to create something original for Taylor's new single,
and what better than a one-take-one-camera MV. I'm really liking it!
Although it's true there are moments you wish Taylor would get back on
screen, but it goes with the video difficulties. By the way, she
couldn't have picked a better time to release the "We Are Never Ever
Getting Back Together" video. The single was recently confirmed to hold
the #1 position on the Hot 100 - for a second consecutive week - meaning
the boost in single sales cause of the new video will no doubt assure
'WANEGBT' to retain the 'number one song' title in the US for a third
week!.
Brace yourselves everyone, diva-supreme Christina Aguilera is
back!! And this time I think she has a legitimate future hit on her
hands! Check out this low quality demo of her soon-to-be released new
single “Your Body“. Dirrtier than “Dirrty“… Care-free and fun like her earlier pop offerings such as “Genie In A Bottle“… And most importantly, more memorable than “Not Myself Tonight” – A winning combination! Take a listen to “Your Body” and sound off of Christina’s comeback. It just a DEMO Version, The OFFICIAL song will be more uptempo. Check it out guys!
Can't really judge from this cause its only few seconds, but from what I
heard and read this song might end up to be a club hit since it's being
produced by Max Martin the same person who produced Britney's 'Hold It Against
Me'.
Also some people on the internet are saying that the entire song was leaked and might appear on the internet tonight or 2morrow.
The official release of 'Your Body' will probably take place on
Sept.10th when The Voice premiers it's new season. Also this song will
have to be censored cause the chorus of this song is explicit.FINALLY!!!
After a many failed attempts, Leona Lewis seems to be finally on the right track. She’s ready to fully burst back onto the music scene, this time with indie rapper Childish Gambino (aka actor Donald Glover) in tow, with their new single “Trouble”, from her upcoming album Glassheart.
Get into it:
Yes
Leona. Yes. Finally she has given us a solid track. Sure, “Trouble”
does have flaws all over it, but it is good enough, and the best single
we have heard from her since “Better in Time.” Plus, although a
mainstream rapper might have been better, the hip-hop edge
overwhelmingly helps. Hopefully Leona gets it right this era!
OneRepublic
are yet to announce the release of their currently unnamed fourth
studio album, but they will return to the airwaves today (August 22)
with their first single from the record, called “Feel Again.”
The excitement the band has for their latest effort is almost
palpable. But enthusiasm arises from more than just the anticipation of
releasing new music. A large portion of the proceeds made from the sales
of “Feel Again” will be donated to Save The Children‘s
new Fall campaign titled “Every Beat Matters.” The band chose Save The
Children because they knew the organization would maximize their
efforts.
“I Was Here” is a song recorded by American R&B recording artist Beyoncé Knowles from her fourth studio album, “4”
(2011). It was written by Diane Warren, while production was handled by
Ryan Tedder, Brent Kutzle, and Kuk Harrell; Knowles is credited on the
vocal production. The song is a reflective ballad, in which Knowles
vulnerably reviews her past, wanting to leave an impact on the world
before her life comes to an end. The song’s development was motivated by
the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States. The song
serves as a promotional theme of United Nations World Humanitarian Day
(August 19). The music video for the track performing live on the United
Nations was released on August 18.
Check out the first listen for Taylor Swift‘s new single “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”!
The 22-year-old singer debuted the tune during a web chat earlier in
the day, dedicating it to a “lovely ex-boyfriend.” No word on who Taylor is referencing in the song!
She also released the single art for the track.
During the same web chat, Taylor announced her upcoming album Red, which will hit stores October 22!
Mariah Carey is barely the star of her new single “Triumphant (Get ‘Em)”, what with her part completely overshadowed by rap verses from Meek Mill and Rick Ross.
Sadly, the single’s video follows suit, with Mimi kept on the sidelines
of a boxing match while Mill dukes it out in the ring. When Carey
finally steps into the ring herself, it’s to play the role of the ring
girl, which finds her strutting and waving signs at the crowd.
If you’re going to employ a boxing motif, shouldn’t Mariah — the
alleged lead artist on the track — be the one with the gloves on? They
could be diamond-encrusted Hello Kitty
gloves for all we care, but she should be the one leading the action
while everyone else roots her on. Never thought a diva like Carey would
have any trouble demanding the spotlight. What do you think ?
PSY (ft. HYUNA) - Oppa Is Just My Style (오빤 딱 내 스타일)
Gangnam Style is a single by South Korean singer, PSY. It was released on July 15, 2012. Since its release on YouTube, the music video has achieved over 38 million hits. It entered the Gaon Chart singles chart at number one upon release.
The Korean slang "Gangnam Style" refers to a luxurious lifestyle, associated with Gangnam district, an affluent and trendy area of Seoul. The music video depicts PSY dancing at various locations in Gangnam. The song's theme is about "the perfect girlfriend who knows when to be refined and when to get wild."
The music video shows PSY dancing a comical horse-riding dance and
appearing in unexpected locations such as an outdoor yoga session and
hot tub. The "skewering [of] the Gangnam image" by the "non-Gangnam PSY"
is recognizable to Korean viewers, but those less familiar with the
cultural context have found the video "fresh" amidst the teen pop idol
groups increasingly popular with overseas viewers.
Gangnam Style was officially re-released on August 14, 2012 as Oppa Is Just My Style (Korean: 오빤 딱 내 스타일), featuring additional vocals provided by South Korean singer and 4Minute member Hyuna. Oppa Is Just My Style is the interpretation of the original Gangnam Style from a woman's perspective.Commentators argued that despite a great music video, the "melody of the song did not work with HyunA's voice".
Despite criticism against Hyuna's vocals, the accompanying music video
has managed to nearly 7 million viewers within the first two days. To date, the music video has since received over 10 million hits.

Well, that one's easy. It's DJ Havana Brown. Her five-song debut EP When the Lights Go Out
fuses shimmering dance floor ecstasy with stadium-size pop flare more
seamlessly than any of her peers. Brown has effectively bridged the gap
between the club world and the mass market because she came up in the
dance world. She's gone from spinning the hot spots to straight up
running them as a triple threat DJ, singer, and performer. Now, with the
release of the record, pop music supremacy is seriously in sight.
The first single "We Run The Night" deserves to end up being the world's
biggest banger. Merging a skittering, energetic beat and Brown's
pristine and potent delivery, the track breathes fire. Pitbull ups the
ante even more, dropping by for a raucous cameo that ends with a fitting
line from GoodFellas. Then, there's "You'll Be Mine" which
echoes the '80s before spiraling into a 22nd century anthem. "One Way
Trip" kicks off with a resounding piano before smoothly slipping into
one of Brown's most seductive coos. It's a standout that showcases both
her presence and vocal prowess. "Big Banana" boasts a sly sense of humor
with its play on words, while "Spread a Little Love" touts an
inspirational message.
In the end, this is Havana's time. Watch her rise to the top When the Lights Go Out…

me and find songs that they can connect with as well.

Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Keke Palmer
with Jennifer Lopez and Queen Latifah performing "We Are Family" from
Ice Age 4: Continental Drift. But This Version just performed by Keke Palmer. Enjoy!
Drake released his first track with the late Aaliyah, ‘Enough Said.’ How does it fare?
Probably better than most people expected.
“Can’t you talk to me? / Tell me what you need,” Aaliyah
pleads over a soft, somewhat minimalist beat. Yes, Drizzy can. The
Toronto-bred MC, who has a tattoo of the fallen starlet on his back,
spits an entire verse on why his life is tough, asking, “Is this even a discussion?” he rants. “Don’t you ever wake up disgusted? / Every million I get an enemy or a cousin.” Aw, Drake! Your life is so hard!
The track sounds like traditional Aaliyah, with the stunner’s signature smooth, soft vocals. Early in the tune, Drake asks, “What’s up?”
over and over like a hype man who doesn’t know how to listen, while
Aaliyah harmonizes with herself, dropping her signature coos over “Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah.”
The song doesn’t sound like it’d be out of place next to her hits like
‘Are You That Somebody’ or ‘Rock the Boat,’ though it’s most reminiscent
of ‘We Need a Resolution.’
However, some would argue that there are some elements missing that
would otherwise make it a classic Aaliyah track — and those elements are
Timbaland and Missy Elliott (or, as others may argue, R. Kelly). Timba made it known that he doesn’t approve
of the Young Money pinup boy producing or releasing Aaliyah’s music
without himself nor Elliott involved, as they were her best friends and
most frequent collaborators.
Regardless of who morally or ethically should have created and
released Aaliyah’s music, we’re simply happy to hear it — Drake indeed
did a pretty good job on ‘Enough Said.’ The song is an easy listen,
though we do wish Drake would find something else to rap about.
Considering how much he adores and admires Aaliyah, we think her memory
deserves a little more than another set of rhymes about being rich.
In any case, Aaliyah’s voice, presence and charisma will never die —
though hearing her again does make us with “YOLO” wasn’t true, because
we certainly do miss her.

“Based on a true story, THE POSSESSION is the terrifying story of how one family must unite in order to survive the wrath of an unspeakable evil.
Clyde (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Stephanie Brenek (Kyra Sedgwick) see
little cause for alarm when their youngest daughter Em becomes oddly
obsessed with an antique wooden box
she purchased at a yard sale. But as Em’s behavior becomes increasingly
erratic, the couple fears the presence of a malevolent force in their
midst, only to discover that the box was built to contain a dibbuk, a
dislocated spirit that inhabits and ultimately devours its human host.”

Check out the premiere of Melanie Amaro‘s debut single “Don’t Fail Me Now!”
Her lead single comes nearly eight months after the 20-year-old
songstress was crowned the inaugural winner of the U.S. version of the X Factor. Produced by Darkchild and penned by Livvi Franc (“Now I’m That Bitch”), “Don’t Fail Me Now”
is a piano-led uptempo dance track with powerhouse vocals set fit for a
diva. It’s undeniably a club smash but may have a rough time reaching
the Top 40 if not promoted properly. Melanie may have won X Factor but there is a lot of people who still don’t know who she is. This is going to take some WERK! What do you think?

The video was directed by Dave Meyers, who also helmed the videos for her smash hits “So What” and “Fuckin’ Perfect.” The clip is classic P!nk serving an angry yet funny visual all while paying homage to classic
French cinema. I love the “always the bridesmaid, never the bride” theme
and she looks fantastic (as always). I think this song have similiar music with Kelly Clarkson's song "(What Doesn't Kill You) Stronger". What do you think?

You gotta hand it to Summit. It seems they don't fear Gotham's reckoning nor the comedy powers of Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller, as at the end of the month, they'll be dropping "Step Up Revolution,"
the fourth entry in the surprisingly still-running franchise in which
teenagers solve their problems through the power of dance. And while the
budgets might have gotten smaller, the music department still seems to
have the same latitude to spend.
While the movie itself doesn't boast any name-brand stars (sorry, Channing Tatum
won't be coming back), the soundtrack features the kind of artists kids
are blasting from their mobile phones these days. The mix of music is a
bit all over the place, from the tedium of Jennifer Lopez, Travis Barker, Far East Movement, Fergie and Travis Porter, to some stand-out talent like veteran beatmaker, remixer and knobtwiddler Diplo, posh revolutionary M.I.A., and perhaps most intriguingly, the positively high brow (by comparison) Cinematic Orchestra. Even if the movie doesn't turn out great, at least the young folks will get exposed to some decent music.
"Step Up Revolution" hits theaters on July 27th, and the soundtrack is
in stores now. Full tracklisting and first three minutes from the movie
below. Song samples on page two. [Film Music Reporter]

"Give Your Heart a Break" is a song performed by American recording artist Demi Lovato,The track was written and produced by American songwriters Josh Alexander and Billy Steinberg. Musically, it is a dance-pop ballad that comprises instruments like the drums, violin and strings; the latter two, according to music critics,
"Give Your Heart a Break" -- the second charting single from her
2011 album, "Unbroken" -- became her first top 10 on the Pop Songs
airplay chart last week, rising 12-9 in its 19th frame. This week,
the track holds its position. And over on the all-format Radio Songs
list, it's her first single to chart, jumping three spots from
15-12 since last week. Here the other version of "Give Your Heart a Break (Ferrari Remix Edit)" What do you think ?
Laidback Luke and Far East Movement turn it up for Madonna! This is
the version that needs to go to radio like NOW. Madonna could easily
have a Top 10 hit if this remix was sent to radio.
This production by Laidback Luke is serious, it’s simply massive! Listen below, what do you think?
